Bei einem nicht so leistungsfähigen rechner hat sich das rippen mit SoundForge bewährt, das geht dann in ein paar minuten, also mit soundforge die cd extrahieren, dann alles im mp3 format mit 320kbps/s stereo speichern.

mit bei dbpoweramp ist das etwas langwieriger. Naja nichts gegen dbpoweramp da damit ja auch mit lame codiert wird, aber soundforge ist bei lamen systemen besser.

Alle "Heilcds" sollten ausschliesslich in 320kbps/s oder besser sein, da bei schlechterer Qualität (Höhere mp3 Komprimierung) die unbewusst hörbaren Töne komplett weggeschnitten werden. Am besten von der Original CD auf 320kbps/s rippen oder im wave Format belassen.

Alles Andere ist trash, und nicht für Meditation zu gebrauchen.
