iATKOS v7 DVD 10.5.7 for Intel/AMD

OSX86 is a collaborative hacking project to run the Mac OS X computer operating system on 
non-Apple personal computers with x86 architecture processors.

This upload includes compressed iATKOS v7 DVD iso image and md5 rtf files.

Attention!

- This DVD is designed for Non-Apple x86 computers (PC). So, do not try to boot it on Apple Hardware!

- This DVD includes Apple's Mac OS X Leopard 10.5.7 (9J61) installation for Intel and AMD CPUs, 
some basic drivers and x86 patches.

- Make sure that the md5 checksum of your iATKOS iso image matches the one in md5.rtf file. 
Do this MD5 check just before mounting or doing anything with the iso image! Otherwise you 
may have a faulty DVD image. Use quality media/burner and burn slowly.

- The oscar goes to Apple and OSX86 community..

Information:

- This OSX86 installation DVD release supports both GPT and MBR partitioned harddrives.

- Full retail main system like boot132 installation.

- You can make Clean, Upgrade(from previous versions of OS X on Intel/AMD), 
Refresh(renew your existing 10.5.7 installation) and driver-only installs using iATKOS v7 DVD. 
Upgrade/Refresh is highly successful on previous iATKOS installs and will mostly work for other 
installations too, read the readme for the process.

- You can update your running system using software updater just like real Macs on most PC hardware(Intel/AMD).

- Easy installation on RAID targets with manual bootloader installers and packages.

- Enhanced hardware compatibility: various systems including ATI, SiS, VIA chipset motherboards, 
enhanced nVidia VGA support with universal efi string and modified enablers.

Minimum hardware requirements: x86 SSE2 CPU, 512MB RAM, 10GB free space on target partition, OpenGL VGA card.

Recommended hardware requirements: Intel Core or AMD x2 CPU, 1GB RAM, 15GB free space on target partition, 
nVidia GeForce 6600 or better - ATI X1300 or better - Intel GMA 950 or X3100 VGA card.

Motherboard (the most important part) should be compatible for you to boot iATKOS v7 DVD and install natively. 
Use google to learn about your motherboard compatibility.

entpacken geht mit dem Kennwort.aber nach dem entpacken kommt wieder ein ordner mit ein zip datei.auch dort gebe ich das passwort ein.und dann bekomme ich die meldung falsches passwort.es wäre schön wenn man das ganze unter windows entpacken kann.

Entpacken geht doch musst halt das PW vllt. manuel eintragen.... und darauf achten das die Großschreibtaste aus ist ^^

Ist es ratßam mit der Mac Version nicht im AppleStore einzukaufen oder generell damit Online zu sein??

Bei der Installation bleibt er mein Wort: "volume" beim u stehen und macht nicht mehr weiter =(
woran kann das liegen?

Bei der Installation steht (Deutsch) Max OSx wird auf die Festplatte "XXXXX" installiert.
bei dem Wort "volume" bei dem u bleibt es stehn und henkt sich auf.... habe gedacht ich lass es mal einfach bissel laufen das es normal ist aber nach einer halben Stunden ist immer noch nichts passiert...

- Wenn ihr von netload lädt, dann lätd euch zusätzlich part27 von rapidshare und nehmt diesen (von rapidshare) zum entpacken. So hats bei mir funktioniert weil der netload part 27 beschädigt war.

Hallo,

Hab mir gerade iatkos auf ne dvd gebrennt.
Dann leg ich sie ein beim starten.
Klick auf boot bzw enter.
Dann kommt ganz kurz der apfel und dann startet er wieder neu.
Brauch wirklich eure hilfe bin schon beim verzweilfeln.

Soweit ging ja alles bis kurz vor schluss, dann hing es . Ich habe die Partition nochmal geändert 2.Mac Partition gewählt ,dann hab ich da irgendwo Komponenten noch ausgewählt wie System Treiber chameleon und so . Dann ging die Installation aber jetzt hängt er beim starten und da kommt : PicFront - IMAG0309.jpg habe neu gestartet nun hängt es beim appel....
