FlatOut 3: Chaos & Destruction ist ein Rennspiel, das voll und ganz auf das altbewährte Konzept setzt: Zerstörung, viel zu tun und Action. Zum Einsatz kommt eine Engine, die in der Lage sein soll, über 20.000 zerstörbare Objekte auf jeder Strecke zu platzieren.
Insgesamt 62 Strecken in 10 Umgebungen sowie 47 Fahrzeuge werden versprochen, darunter Muscle-Cars, Monster Trucks, Bulldozer und sogar Panzer. Alle Vehikel sollen mit einem realistischen Schadensmodell ausgestattet sein.
