Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts sorgt der Magier Eisenheim in Wien für Furore. Bei einem Auftritt trifft er Sophie von Teschen, die er noch aus der Kindheit kennt. Als sich zwischen den beiden eine Romanze anbahnt, setzt der mächtige Kronprinz Leopold alle Hebel in Bewegung, um Sophie für sich zu gewinnen. Wiens Oberinspektor Uhl hat nun die Aufgabe das Geheimnis um Eisenheims Illusionen zu lüften, um ihn als Scharlatan zu enttarnen.

Vielleicht hat ja jemand die Tonspur von folgendem RLS "The.Illusionist.AC3.Dubbed.German.NTSC.DVDR" ist zwar nur ein UpMix aber schonmal besser als nur .mp3 ^^

Ein Retail Datum für diesen Film steht bisher nicht fest, obwohl er schon vor über einem Jahr in den Kinos lief.
